Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, drafting emails, and handling incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements of Miss Nepal winners and office executives.
- Maintain and organize filing system, both electronically and hard copy, to ensure easy retrieval of documents.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents required by the management team.
- Monitor and manage office supplies.
- Assist in HR-related tasks like maintaining employee records, handling attendance, and preparing salary sheets.
