Job Description:
- Support to organize meetings and any other program organized by organisation as and when required including logistics support for preparation and implementation.
- Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of the monastery's facilities, including buildings, grounds, equipment, and utilities.
- Manage and maintain all relevant documentation related to contracts and agreements with different vendors and other parties
- Responsible for arranging and coordinating all logistic related activities including vehicle usage and transportation.
- Manage and support all the procurement activities of the organisation and maintain documents as per the requirement of organisation's policy.
- Regular market visits to identify new vendors and suppliers, negotiate prices and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Responsible for the smooth functioning and operations of the office facility. Should coordinate, manage and ensure completion of all repairs and maintenance activities for our organization and manage related documentation.
- Maintain accurate records of all employees and filing system in accordance with the organizations rules, regulations.
- Carry out any additional tasks assigned by the higher authority.
