Job Description:
- Maintain accurate records of all employees and filing system in accordance with the organizations rules, regulations and data management system.
- Support to organize meetings and any other program organized by HR as and when required including logistics support for preparation and implementation.
- Support in the procurement of materials, goods and services through regular market visits to identify new vendors and suppliers, negotiate prices and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Prepare regular reports related to maintenance activities, expenses, and update employee records regularly. Provide a reconciliation report for the expenses.
- Manage and maintain all relevant documentation related to HR contracts agreements and invoices.
- Responsible for arranging and coordinating all logistic related activities including vehicle usage, transportation and inventory management.
- Manage and support to update assets and inventory and forward the report to HR Manager and Group Finance Manager.
- Responsible for the smooth functioning and operations of the office facility. Should coordinate, manage and ensure completion of all repairs and maintenance activities for our organization and manage related documentation.
- Carry out any additional tasks assigned by the supervisor.
