Your main job duties as an Admin Assistant Officer will be as follows:

  • Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary materials.
  • Greet and welcome guests.
  • Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages.
  • Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence as per required.
  • Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary.
  • Telemarketing and keep updated records with proper filing.
  • Monitor office expenses and costs.
  • Prepare monthly reports of all staffs including attendance and leave sheets.

Counseling Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized guidance to students in selecting study destinations, courses, and universities based on their academic goals, interests, and Multiple Intelligence (MI) assessments. Offer professional advice on various study options, scholarship opportunities, and financial aid.
  • Facilitate the implementation of the Success Study Program (SSP) for students seeking comprehensive support throughout their abroad study journey. Coordinate language proficiency training, career counseling, and entrepreneurial incubation as part of the program.
  • Administer and analyze Multiple Intelligence assessments to gain insights into students' unique talents, strengths, and preferred learning styles. Utilize MI results to tailor counseling sessions and study plans.
  • Guide students through the application process, ensuring accurate and timely submission of necessary documents. Offer support with visa applications and address any concerns related to immigration requirements.
  • Collaborate with partner universities, companies, and networks to create job placements, internships, and mentor ship opportunities for students returning to Nepal. Encourage brain gain by supporting students in their career and entrepreneurial endeavors.
  • Participate in social media plans by sharing inspiring stories, conducting webinars, and engaging with students on various platforms. Showcase success stories of alumni to build trust and promote our consultancy services.
  • Maintain communication with students after their arrival abroad to ensure a smooth transition and address any challenges they may face. Provide assistance in adapting to new environments and cultures.
