Job Description:
- Liasing with Housekeeping staffs, guards, IT staffs to ensure smooth day to day operations (internet, electricity, water, inventory and cleanliness)
- Maintaining and purchasing office pantry / housekeeping inventory
- Managing Petty Cash • Welcoming visitors and directing them to the relevant office/personnel.
- Carrying out clerical duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing documents, including office correspondence, memos, interviews, screening tests.
- Performing basic bookkeeping tasks
- Using HR tools to track attendance and time sheet.
- Maintaining general office files, including job files, vendor files, and other files related to the company’s operations.
- Purchasing / Managing office supplies, equipment, and furniture.
- Overseeing the maintenance of office facilities, and equipment.
- Visiting banks, and service providers for utilities payments and deposits when required.
- Performing other relevant duties when needed.
Job Specification:
- High school diploma or a bachelor’s degree in business, administration, or a related field.
- Proficient in a variety of computer software applications including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access).
- Comfortable handling confidential information.
- Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Can be an experienced administrator or a fresher.
Note: Selected candidate will be trained for a couple of weeks by the current permanent administrator before she starts her maternity leave.
Temporary Replacement for 3 months
Duration : April, May, June 2023 (can Start early as 15th March)
Duty Hours : 8:30 am - 5:30 PM (Mon - Friday)
