Finance Department:
- Prepare a profit and loss statement, balance sheet, accounts statements, regular reports on expenses and office budget.
- Prepare for financial projections to match various business scenarios and plan for source of funds as per instruction from management
- Making financial reports and submitting to the management on timely basis.
- Ensure that all tax forms are correct and have filed to the concerned authorities on time.
- Maintenance and control of bank loans, payables and other outstanding to banks
- Ensure prompt collection of receivables from dealers and other parties and take actions for early recovery.
Accounts department:
- Preparation of Salary Sheet and ensure proper file of staffs
- Ensure that your team keeps accurate record for all daily transactions including daily vouchers and daybook.
- Ensure that all transactions are well documented and recorded and maintain all the books in order.
- Ensure to verify each transaction, track bank deposits and payments.
- Ensuing payments, budgets, preparing and filing for tax returns, TDS and generating invoice against them.
- Ensure proper files of all dealers with required KYC and other details.
HR & Administration Department:
- Ensure good filing system for company’s documents and maintain confidential documents.
- Assist Managing Director on regular meetings, assist in preparing meeting minutes
- Ensure that we follow prevalent regulations of Nepal Government on Import, Department of Commerce/ Transport Management, VCTS, HR functions etc.
