Job Description:

• Assist Account Head and Sales Manager on their various regular works
• Communicate with client via phone and WhatsApp to recommend them suitable products as per their requirements
• Informing customers about products, sales, promotions, scheme & policies
• Preparing financial documents such as invoices, bills, and accounts payable and receivable
• Verifying model no. while packaging, dispatch the goods by courier/transport and track & inform the status of shipment to customer and senior staff
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
• Maintain optimal stock levels by assisting in stock checks and ordering stock
• Completing financial reports on a regular basis and providing information to the finance team
• Sorting financial documents and posting them to the proper accounts.
