Job Description:

• Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements based on construction contracts (NFRS), and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards. 
• Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual closing and report to designated authority. Calculate and interpret financial ratios to assess the financial health and performance of the organization. 
• Ensure income tax and VAT compliance through accurate filing and adherence to relevant laws and regulations. 
• Compute taxes and prepare tax returns. 
• Manage tax authority interactions, including handling tax audits and assessments, ensuring compliance, and providing necessary documentation and support. 
• Prepare and draft bidding contract agreements for customers and suppliers, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and accurately reflecting the terms and conditions of the proposed business relationships. 
• Coordinate with banks and financial institutions to facilitate project financing, including preparing necessary documentation, negotiating terms, and ensuring effective communication and collaboration throughout the financing process. 
• Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary. Flexible, adaptable and ability to respond effectively to changing business needs. Ability to challenge management appropriately on their assessment and a willingness to be challenged constructively. 
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports, presentations, and dashboards for management and stakeholders. 
• SOP preparation for sound accounting practices.
