• CA/ACCA or MBA degree specialized in Finance
• Should have progressive experience in a financial planning and management
• At least 2 to 3 years of work experience in related field
• Demonstrated experience in leading an organization and monitoring plan/performance progress
• Ability to create and manage financial budgets
• Ability to understand issues negotiates, resolve issues/conflicts and arrive at agreeable solutions
• Ability to effectively assess priorities; work on deadlines & budgets
• Ability to lead, supervise, appraise and coach/mentor subordinates for enhanced performance
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills- English, Nepali.

Job Description:

• Managing day to day Bookkeeping with Account Payable and Receivables
• Maintaining daily Vouchers and Requisitions 
• Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles 
• Financial Analysis with projection and daily/monthly/quarterly reporting
• Knowledge of Final Accounts and Auditing 
• Knowledge of Government TAX, VAT and TDS management and reconciliations 
• Computer proficiency; Advanced knowledge on MS word, MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Accounting software (Cloud-based Software & Tally).
