Principle Accountabilities:
- Achieve revenue growth and increase market share in the cloud business segment.
- Drive customer adoption by implementing effective sales engagements and a successful Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy.
- Consistently meet or surpass quarterly revenue and goal targets.
- Lead and manage the presales and post-sales teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct cloud services training for the enterprise sales team to enhance their expertise.
- Align product development with market demands and customer needs.
- Create a comprehensive strategy to establish WorldLink’s cloud business presence in the market.
Basic qualifications and preferred skill:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferably in an IT-related field, along with a minimum of 4 years of direct field experience in server, storage, or cloud business.
- Enterprise account management experience and a track record of new business development
- Candidates with an MBA are highly preferred and will be given special consideration.
