Job Description:

We are looking for a highly experienced motivated Account Assistant to be part of our vibrant school team at SUVI School. 

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update financial records, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
• Conduct regular reconciliations of bank accounts, credit cards, and other financial accounts
• Manage and process invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports
• Prepare and file accurate and timely tax returns, ensuring compliance with applicable tax laws and regulations
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities
• Monitor and review financial transactions for accuracy and completeness
• Perform month-end and year-end closing procedures
• Identify and resolve accounting discrepancies and irregularities
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure proper financial controls and adherence to accounting policies
• Stay updated on changes in accounting regulations and best practices.
